TREE PLANTING AT KAMBAH POOLS RECREATION AREA
ACT Parks and Conservation Service has extended an invitation to volunteers to plant native trees on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at the Kambah Pools Recreation Area (located at the end of Kambah Pool Road, Kambah) on Saturday, 6th April commencing at 9 am.
The mixture of River Red Gum, Mana Gum and She-oak will be planted close to the river's edge and further up the bank to provide stability to the river bank.
