Spotted-tailed Quoll (Dasyurus maculatus)

Spotted-tailed Quoll (Dasyurus maculatus) - Photography by PCL Ranger

A PCL ranger took this photo of a quoll in the Canberra suburb of Dunlop. It was captured, fitted with an identification chip and then released back into Namadgi National Park. Quolls have ridges on the pads of their feet that help them climb trees.
