Sunday walk - Pierces Hill and Camels Hump - 09 Aug 26

Meet for 8 am departure @ Dillon Close, Weston. A walk through the alpine meadows of northern Tidbinbilla. We start with a solid climb up Tidbinbilla Range Road before undulating along the top of the ridge to get to the great view spot that is Pierces Hill, then on to Camels Hump. The return route is down a steep fire trail then around the edge of the pines at the foot of the mountains. Distance of 17 km with 950+ metres of elevation gain. Register online by 5 pm, 7 August.
