Monday holiday walk - Charlotte Pass snowshoeing (cancelled) - 07 Oct 24
Starting from Charlotte Pass the destination will depend on conditions but options are Club Lake, Mt Stillwell, Guthrie Ridge, Kangaroo Ridge. Date may change depending on weather. Participants should be in possession of snowshoes and poles before departure. Participants should have snowshoeing experience and good hiking fitness as there will likely be significant climbs. Register online after 27 Sep for weather check, departure point and time, and transport arrangements (chains may be required). Limit of 8
Note: due to current/expected conditions, it is likely that there will be a substantial amount of walking as opposed to snowshoeing. However, snowshoes must still be carried.
